Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original burke nyc packaging including the hygienic liner.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on lingerie or earrings. Please try all swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie on with underwear underneath. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days. If your return is accepted, a store credit will be sent to your email.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations. Return and handling shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We only accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items. For returns of sale items we do not offer refunds, unless deemed faulty.
Please do not apply any moisturizers before trying the clothing and accessories in order to avoid marking leather, silks, suede and other delicate fabrics. Be careful of makeup rubbing off on garments.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
